Pickup Point Delivery:
You can track your package on the official Mondial Relay website. Once you receive the email with your tracking number, it means your package is on its way to France. We need to wait until it arrives in France and is delivered to Mondial Relay before your tracking number becomes active. On average, activation takes 6 business days from when you received the email. This is the time required for us to handle the import taxes for you!

FedEx:
You can track your package on the official FedEx website.

Japan Post:
You can track your package on the official postal website of your country (for Switzerland, for example, Swiss Post).

Are the packages well-protected?
Yes, the packages are protected with bubble wrap envelopes or boxes with bubble wrap and Japanese newspaper (sometimes, you might get to follow the news with it ^^). No worries!
For individual cards, the most valuable ones are always protected with a sleeve and soft top loader, along with cardboard and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.
