Refund & Cancellation Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final, and returns are not accepted. However, there are certain cases where local postal services may return your package to us due to being unclaimed, unpaid import fees, etc. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. If reshipping fees are required, our store will not be able to cover them, and the customer will need to pay for them. Please note that items will be reshipped in the same condition as they were returned to our store. Shipping fees for the initial delivery are non-refundable. Additionally, in some cases, orders shipped via Japan Post, Mondial Relay, or FedEx may incur additional return shipping fees. As with reshipping fees, we cannot cover these costs and will require the customer to pay them.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We reserve the right to accept order cancellations on a case-by-case basis and cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped or packed. For preorders and in-stock items, we may refund payments as store credit (only if you have an account on cartespokemon.com) or via your original payment method if your cancellation request is approved. Please note that requesting a refund to the original payment method will incur a 10% restocking/cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
